Reviewing incoming box for escalations, making phone calls to supplier to confirm vendor set up, working in various system, working in various system to troubleshoot for Amgen vendor network (connection to Ariba network).
Coordinate supplier enablement activities with internal staff and suppliers to facilitate supplier onboarding for purchase order and invoice processing in Ariba/Tungsten
Research/resolve where applicable supplier setup/issues in Ariba/Tungsten to ensure purchase orders and invoices flow automatically through the system without errors or manual touch from processing teams
Assist with various activities related to procurement system administration
Supplier data management
Ad hoc reporting requests
Triage/respond to supplier enablement questions from internal staff and suppliers
Highly organized and reliable
Customer Service experience
Work well in teams
Ability to manage time and respond to incoming requests and prioritize appropriately to meet SLAs
Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
MS office proficiency, especially MS Outlook and Excel
Strong written and verbal skills.
