Summary of the Role
Join a large biotech pharmaceutical leader as a Supply Chain Associate supporting clinical distribution operations. This full-time, on-site position handles clinical order fulfillment and logistics using SAP to ensure timely, accurate shipments and inventory management. You will work closely with planners and requestors, perform hands-on material handling, and uphold strict GMP and SOP compliance in a dynamic warehousing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Fulfill clinical material orders: pick, review, pack, and prepare shipments per GMP and SOP requirements
- Process inventory and shipment transactions using SAP and other digital tools
- Review and verify order documentation for accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery
- Stage and meter outbound clinical shipments, coordinate logistics with planners and requestors
- Handle materials and perform internal movement within the warehouse, including operation of Powered Industrial Vehicles
- Conduct inventory counts, identify and resolve discrepancies, and document all transactions accurately
- Support projects aimed at process improvement and safety enhancements
- Maintain compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures and documentation standards
- Work safely with materials up to 35 lbs, including cold storage responsibilities
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience in clinical supply chain, warehousing, or logistics operations
- Proficiency in material handling and inventory transactional systems (e.g., SAP)
- Understanding of GMP-regulated or compliance-driven environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to clearly communicate with team members and planners
- Comfortable following SOPs and documentation standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field
- Experience using SAP, Excel, and Smartsheet
- Familiarity with GMP practices and regulated workflows

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Work the 6:30 AM–3:30 PM shift, participating in daily team huddles to review workload and priorities. Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment, process transactions in SAP, manage outbound shipments, perform inventory counts, and operate PIVs as needed. Support documentation, compliance, and process improvement efforts throughout daily operations.
Basic Qualifications
- High school/GED and 2 years work or military experience
- Associates and 6 months work or military experience
- No Experience required
