Summary of the Role
Join a large biotech pharmaceutical leader as an Agile Project Leader to drive digital transformation initiatives. This role partners with cross-functional teams to lead Agile delivery, implement organizational change management, and leverage digital tools for improved operational efficiency. You will play a key role in supporting strategic business objectives and translating digital capabilities into measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies including planning, reviews, retrospectives, and stand-ups to ensure strong team discipline and continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, sprint schedules, work breakdown structures, and task assignments
- Monitor progress against key milestones, escalating issues related to timeline, resources, or quality as needed
- Establish and refine project management processes to improve consistency, predictability, and speed of delivery
- Develop and execute change management plans to drive engagement, adoption, and readiness
- Assess stakeholder needs, manage communication strategies, and proactively address resistance
- Utilize digital tools for automated reporting, enhanced communication, and streamlined documentation
- Act as a liaison across technical, business, and leadership teams for clear and consistent communication
- Collaborate with senior business partners to prioritize and advance enterprise-level digital initiatives
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and opportunities early and provide actionable recommendations
Required Experience & Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile project leadership and delivery
- Experience with organizational change management (OCM) in a technology or digital environment
- Proficient in leveraging digital tools for automation, reporting, and process improvement
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influence skills
- Ability to manage detailed project plans, timelines, and cross-functional team tasks

1. Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and execute continuous improvement processes for Agile teams
- Communicate program status, risks, and insights to leadership
- Coordinate and manage recurring meetings, including facilitation and minute-taking
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, backlog items, and cross-team tasks
- Utilize digital tools for streamlined reporting, documentation, communication, and data synthesis
- Partner with Product Owners for prioritization, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement
Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate degree
- Master’s degree and 2 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience
- Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience
- High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience
