Compensation: $66/$74 per hour (based on experience)
Summary of the Role
Join a big biopharma leader as a Technology Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Manager focused on driving organizational change management and communications. You will lead projects and provide expert consulting to product teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems. This vital role partners with teams to create and implement strategies that achieve business objectives within Technology and across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organizational change management and communications strategies
- Lead projects to support business objectives within Technology
- Consult with product teams to ensure successful adoption of change initiatives
- Create, maintain, and execute targeted communication and enablement plans
- Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams to align on goals and deliverables
- Draft, review, and distribute content related to change plans
- Analyze feedback and recommend agile updates to change strategies
- Identify potential disruptions, assess impacts, and develop mitigation tactics
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of related experience in Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, or Communications
- Demonstrated change and program management skills
- Ability to develop actionable change and project plans
- Excellent problem-solving abilities; able to assess situations and provide direction
- Expertise with Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills; skilled in negotiation and persuasion
- Experience working on agile teams
- Comfort with rapidly changing priorities
- Professional interaction with management, staff, and vendors at all levels
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to analyze outputs and measure success factors
- Skilled in creating and editing modern SharePoint pages
- Strong understanding of social media dynamics
- Experience using data and analytics for insights
- Workshop facilitation and training development experience

Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree and 4 years Change Management and Communications experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of Change Management and Communications experience
- Associate’s degree and 8 years of Change Management and Communications experience
- High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Change Management and Communications
