Summary of the Role
Join a big biopharma leader at their North Carolina site to support tactical and operational supply chain activities as a Supply Chain Technician / Sr Associate. You will focus on production planning, process order execution, warehouse coordination, and material transfer logistics. This key onsite role ensures timely and accurate material flow while maintaining compliance with cGMP and organizational procedures. It offers hands-on exposure to supply chain operations in a regulated, team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support creation, release, and tracking of process orders in SAP
- Coordinate with scheduling teams to align production plans with material and manufacturing capacity
- Monitor and adjust planned orders in response to real-time constraints and production changes
- Liaise with warehouse teams for timely staging, transfer, and reconciliation of production materials
- Assist in managing inventory levels, cycle counts, and material movements in SAP and MES
- Coordinate general supplies and spare parts through Unity Lab Services
- Serve as a liaison between Supply Chain and Manufacturing Services for logistics and issue resolution
- Participate in deviation triage meetings and support CAPA and change control documentation
- Ensure master data accuracy for materials, BOMs, and WIP in SAP
- Contribute to operational readiness workstreams and identify process improvements
Required Experience & Skills
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in production planning or warehouse coordination within a regulated environment
- Proficiency with SAP, MES, and other ERP systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to dynamic production environments
- Available for onsite shift work, including weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with finite scheduling and process order management
- Familiarity with cGMP, FDA regulations, and supply chain systems
- Prior experience in biotech/pharma manufacturing or logistics

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support creation, release, and tracking of process orders in SAP

- Act as a point of contact between Supply Chain and Manufacturing Services for logistics execution
- Support ERP and warehouse system troubleshooting and suggest improvements
Basic Qualifications
- High school/GED + 2 years work experience
- Associates and 6 months work experience
- Bachelors
