Summary of the Role
Join a big biopharma leader as a Project Manager supporting strategic non-technical projects in technology implementation. You will manage high-level projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence three days a week, focused on digital collaboration and project management best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex, high-level non-technical projects within defined scope, time, and budget requirements
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones are met
- Coordinate and direct cross-functional project teams, including resource allocation
- Facilitate structured meetings and communicate project updates, issues, and decisions to stakeholders
- Capture lessons learned and apply best practices for continuous improvement in technology rollouts
- Document and ensure all project requirements and objectives are met
- Collaborate using digital tools such as Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, and SharePoint
- Translate complex processes into flowcharts or diagrams for workflow optimization
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in technology projects
- Proven expertise in running medium to large-scale projects
- Excellent understanding of project management processes and methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and business process development experience
- Experience with Microsoft Project, MS Word, Visio, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel
- Demonstrated change management capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools (Teams, Smartsheet, SharePoint)

- Develop and maintain project documentation and plans for technology implementations
- Monitor progress, assess risks, and take necessary actions to ensure on-time delivery
- Lead daily stand-ups, facilitate issue resolution, and report project status
- Drive process improvement through lessons learned and workflow visualization
Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate degree or
- Master’s degree and 2 years of experience or
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience or
- Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience or
- High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience
