Employment Type: Contingent Worker (Contract, W2)

Contract Length: 10 months (possible extension)

Compensation: $63/$71 per hour (based on experience)


Summary of the Role

Join a big biopharma leader as an Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Manager specializing in organizational change management and communications. In this role, you will consult with technology and business teams to lead change strategies and ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems. You'll collaborate across teams to deliver results that drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute organizational change management and communication strategies
  • Lead and consult with product teams on change adoption initiatives
  • Create, maintain, and implement actionable communication and enablement plans
  • Align with sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure deliverables meet goals
  • Draft, review, and distribute change management content
  • Analyze feedback to make agile updates to change strategy
  • Identify potential disruptions, assess risks, and develop mitigation tactics
  • Facilitate successful staff adoption of new systems and processes

Required Experience & Skills

  • Over five years of experience in organizational change management or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to develop targeted communications and enablement plans
  • Skilled problem solver with strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in navigating rapidly changing priorities
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and execute communication and enablement plans
  • Meet with sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams to align goals and execute deliverables
  • Draft, review, and send content related to the change plan
  • Analyze feedback and recommend agile modifications to strategy
  • Identify and mitigate potential disruptions
