Summary of the Role
Support a growing manufacturing site’s talent acquisition by managing complex, multishift hiring event projects. Oversee high-stakes, onsite interview scheduling and logistics to ensure a seamless, candidate-focused experience. Collaborate closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR teams to execute the site's talent strategy. Act as a resource for candidates, providing detailed guidance throughout the interview process.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end onsite interview scheduling, ensuring smooth, coordinated interviews for candidates and teams
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, functional leaders, and HR staff for successful hiring outcomes
- Manage interviewer availability, resolve conflicts, and maintain alignment with interview guidelines
- Coordinate logistics such as meeting space reservations, interview agendas, and supporting materials per on-site visitor policies
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and support staff to ensure timely communication and updates
- Anticipate process needs, troubleshoot issues, and uphold a high standard of candidate service
- Act as a resource for both internal and external candidates, providing process guidance and advice
- Prepare candidates and hiring managers by delivering information on company, culture, department, and expectations
- Exercise creativity, business acumen, organizational skills, and agility throughout project execution
Required Experience & Skills
- Project management experience in a fast-paced, complex environment with multiple shifts
- Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and logistical abilities
- Ability to proactively resolve conflicts and troubleshoot scheduling or process issues
- Experience in guiding candidates through hiring processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage onsite interview scheduling for multishift hiring events, ensuring positive candidate and team experiences
- Coordinate with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR team members for interview logistics and communication
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and maintain alignment with interview protocols
- Anticipate candidate and team needs, troubleshooting issues and providing ongoing support
- Deliver detailed preparation and guidance to candidates and hiring managers
Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate degree or
- Master’s degree and 2 years of experience or
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience or
- Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience or
- High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience
