Ideal candidate should have 5 to 8 years of experience working with media teams or in media-related roles, with pharmaceutical industry experience being a significant plus. They should be proficient in Excel, MS Teams, Outlook, and other MS applications, and have experience with Muck Rack, News Whip, and Cision. Familiarity with E-approve and MAC review systems at a pharmaceutical company is highly desirable. Candidates with experience from the agency side, particularly with top PR firms such as Edelman, Fleishman Hillard, or Weber Shandwick, are preferred, though experience with smaller boutique agencies is also acceptable. The candidate should be comfortable handling remedial tasks such as creating news briefs and managing vendor relationships, with strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain vendor relationships. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be hands-on and capable of efficiently managing day-to-day tasks.

Job Details: Manages one or more high-level, complex non-technical projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements. Projects may be strategic in nature. Responsibilities may include resource allocation and all phases of development life cycle (i.e. feasibility study, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, design, testing, and implementation planning). Regularly interacts with management. Coordinates and directs the activities of project team members. May be responsible for cross-functional teams. Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented. May obtain and manage external resources required for project completion.; Skills: ; expertise in running medium to large scale projects ; excellent understanding of project management processes and procedures ; experience with project management and analyst methodologies and best practices ; strong analytical skills ; business process development best practices, change management ; strong MS Project, MS Word, Visio, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills ; understanding of systems for sharing and collaboration ; excellent communication skills to work with cross-program resources
Basic Qualifications:
  • Doctorate degree OR Master degree and 2 years of experience OR Bachelor degree and 4 years of experience OR Associate degree and 10 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media partners and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations throughout all project phases.
  • Manage media projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and timelines.
  • Oversee the production and distribution of media materials in coordination with our third-party vendors.
  • Communicate proactively with the Enterprise Media Lead regarding project progress, issues, and plans for resolution that may arise.

Pay Rate  between $65 - $74/Hr on W2 based on experience.
