  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, normal hours 8hrs/day

Job Details:
  • 2+ Years w/ Relevant MS OR equivalent 3+ Years w/ Relevant BS
  • To perform experiments, organize data and analyze results under minimal supervision. With minimal supervision, plans, conducts or monitors experiments, records and organizes data, analyses results, generates robust and reliable data and/or Ensures that contracted studies are conducted in compliance with the respective protocol and applicable guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting a small molecule hit validation and characterization using cell/molecular biology technologies to discover novel molecular glues as a new therapeutic modality based on targeted protein degradation.
  • Follows established experimental design and protocols, as well as routine tasks and studies, to obtain reproducible and reliable results under supervision.
  • Plan, monitor or conduct experiments, analyze and record experiments and data, collaborate with group members, and communicate and present data to the team.
  • Effectively transfers experimental methods from literature to the lab and makes modifications as necessary.
  • Engages coworkers in scientific discussions and communicates data and interpretation to work group.
  • Skilled and/or knowledgeable in the use of standard laboratory equipment and with one or more major laboratory instruments/techniques.
  • Effectively trouble-shoots equipment and experimental difficulties.
  • Contributes to internal/external reports, papers, presentations.
  • Coordinates and organizes resources needed to complete the task.

Skills: 
  • Cell culture, transient transfection, western blots, Any experiences for cellular assay development and validation will be plus; degree in Biology, Biochemistry or Analytical Chemistry ; experience in a Biopharmaceutical working environment

Basic Qualifications
  • 1+ Years w/ Relevant MS OR equivalent 3+ Years w/ Relevant BS OR equivalent Complete understanding and use of technical principles, theories, and concepts to perform a wide range of work in a role.

Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
  • 2+ years of experience with General molecular and cell biology/biochemistry lab experience including cell culture, transient transfection, western blots, cellular assays.
  • Data analysis, documentation and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently when given established protocols.

PAY RATE : $33/Hr. on W2.
