Summary of the Role
Join a big biopharma leader's Warehouse Inventory Management Team to support key supply chain operations critical to biomanufacturing. You'll execute inventory cycle counts, oversee material handling, and assist with shipping to ensure timely, accurate materials flow. Adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and safety protocols is expected in this regulated warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy of warehouse materials
- Support clinical shipping and distribution operations at the Thousand Oaks site
- Prepare and stage clinical materials for outbound shipment
- Coordinate logistics activities to guarantee timely shipment execution
- Complete required shipping and distribution documentation in SAP or related systems
- Collaborate closely with warehouse team members to align daily shipping priorities and resolve operational issues
- Perform material handling tasks, including lifting materials up to 35 lbs
- Operate Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV) safely as trained
- Work in temperature-controlled or cold storage environments as needed
- Strictly follow SOPs, cGMP, and departmental policies to ensure compliance and safety
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience in a regulated warehouse or distribution environment
- Knowledge of GMPs and experience adhering to SOPs
- Strong material handling skills
- Attention to detail and critical thinking
- Proficiency using computer systems, ideally SAP
- Safety mindset and ability to use PPE
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift (PIV) certification or experience
