Compensation: $65/$72 per hour (based on experience)
Summary of the Role
Drive agile delivery and organizational transformation for a large biotech pharmaceutical leader by leading Agile teams, implementing change management, and leveraging digital tools. Act as the connective point between technical, business, and leadership teams to ensure strong execution of enterprise-level digital initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies including planning, reviews, retrospectives, and stand-ups
- Maintain detailed project plans, sprint schedules, and work breakdown structures
- Track progress against milestones and escalate concerns to the Portfolio Manager
- Implement and refine project management processes for improved delivery
- Develop and execute change management plans to drive team adoption and readiness
- Assess stakeholder needs, manage communication plans, and proactively address resistance
- Leverage digital tools to automate reporting, streamline documentation, and enhance productivity
- Provide timely updates, dashboards, and insights to Product Owners and leadership
- Collaborate with senior business partners to prioritize strategic digital initiatives
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement across teams
Required Experience & Skills
- Agile delivery and project leadership, with proven ability to run disciplined teams
- Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience driving adoption and engagement
- Strong command of digital tools for automation, communication, and documentation
- Effective cross-team collaboration and communication skills
- Experience prioritizing initiatives and identifying risks or dependencies
- Ability to partner with diverse stakeholders including technical and business leaders

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and execute continuous improvement processes for Agile teams
- Communicate program status, risks, and insights to leadership
- Coordinate and manage meeting series, including facilitation and minutes
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, backlog items, and cross-team tasks
- Use digital tools to streamline reporting, documentation, communication, and data synthesis
- Partner with Product Owners on prioritization, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement
Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate degree
- Master’s degree and 2 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience
- Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience
- High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience
