Summary of the Role
Manage high-level, complex projects focused on ERP implementation with a large biotech pharmaceutical leader. Oversee scope, quality, time, and cost to deliver on business requirements and strategic goals. Coordinate cross-functional teams, documentation, and communication to ensure success. Role requires working CST business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects through all phases, from feasibility to implementation planning
- Allocate resources and oversee project team activities
- Document and ensure completion of all project requirements and objectives
- Apply project management methodologies and best practices
- Conduct business process development and change management
- Interact regularly with management and cross-program resources
- Utilize MS Project, MS Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams for project coordination
- Provide consistent status updates and escalate risks or off-track activities
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management
- ERP implementation experience (preferably SAP to SAP S/4HANA and master data)
- Expertise in leading medium to large-scale projects
- Strong analytical and business process development skills
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-team collaboration

1. Project/program management with business systems/software focus
2. Proficiency using tools for planning, coordinating, and tracking
3. ERP implementation experience (master data preferred)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and track project workstream activities
- Communicate upcoming activity and milestone deadlines to the team
- Escalate risks and activities trending off track
- Provide status updates as needed
Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate degree or Master’s degree and 2 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience
- Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience
- High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience
