Compensation: $63/$70 per hour (based on experience)
Summary of the Role
Support enterprise-level IT transformation at a large biotech pharmaceutical leader as a Change Manager. Develop and drive organizational change management strategies focused on technology adoption and communications for both stakeholders and end users. Partner with technical teams and product groups to ensure successful deployment of new digital workplace and infrastructure programs. Serve as an internal change management expert, not as an external consultant or project manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute actionable communication and enablement plans supporting IT initiatives
- Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and product teams to align change management goals and deliverables
- Draft and distribute content related to change adoption strategies
- Identify potential disruptions and assess impacts to develop effective mitigation tactics
- Analyze stakeholder feedback and recommend agile updates to change strategies
- Facilitate workshops and cross-functional meetings to guide senior leadership and teams through organizational changes
- Provide consulting advice and coaching to ensure end-user adoption of new systems and processes
- Lead change management components of technology and digital workplace implementations
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum five years of relevant change management experience supporting enterprise IT or digital workplace transformations
- Demonstrated success developing targeted communication and enablement plans for technology implementations
- Ability to partner with internal stakeholders across seniority levels—employees of corporations only, not consultants
- Strong project execution experience within change management (not project management)
- Experience facilitating senior leadership workshops and working cross-functionally
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

1. Change management experience with IT infrastructure/digital workplace and enterprise technology programs
2. Proven internal corporation experience (not as a consultant)
3. Expertise in developing targeted communication and enablement plans
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and execute communication and enablement plans
- Meet with sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams to align goals and deliverables
- Draft, review, and send change management content
- Analyze feedback and adjust change strategies as needed
- Identify disruptions, assess impacts, and develop mitigation strategies
