Support and drive the Order to Cash (OTC) business process as a leader in the Region. Responsible for OTC metrics and reporting around OTC roadmap for Region.
Works closely with Regional launch planning team to ensure readiness and stability.

The individual should have a strong understanding of the components that make up the Order to Cash process:
Order Processing - initial entry and management of Customer orders through various
Electronic Data Interchange
Manual entry (phone, fax, email)
Internet or Portal ordering
Logistics Execution – process of creating the outbound delivery for warehouse staff and
the key steps in completion :
Basic warehouse familiarity
Global Trade Services
Quality checks in process
Billing and invoicing – the processing of invoices and delivery to the Customer
Understanding of Payment Terms
Downstream impact of this sub process
Master Data – proper setup of Customer and Material is critical for process success
Accounts Receivable – a basic understanding of how we process cash and interact with
our Customers financially
Bachelor degree preferably in Logistics or logistic knowledge by experience.
5 years experience in preferably the pharmaceutical industry, a customer service
organization and/or transportation/warehousing
Quick process understanding, insight and visualizing
Fluent in English, in verbal and written communication
Experience in leading projects and international environment
Highly experienced in MS Excel
Knowledge of MS Office
Strong analytical skills and ability to distill insights
Proven ability to deliver results
Motivated, persistent, eager to optimize, drive for excellence
Basic GMP knowledge
Overview of logistics processes from manufacturing till end-user
Knowledge of Operational Excellence tools, six sigma, FMEA.
Process understanding, analyses and ability to visualize them
Experience SAP and BW
