Monday-Friday 8 hours per day/40 hours per week. Normal business hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
A strong skillset of standard cell and molecular biology experimental design and techniques (e.g., mammalian cell culture, western blotting, molecular cloning, qPCR, flow cytometry, etc) and data analysis (e.g., GraphPad Prism)
Research experience in cancer biology, genetics, or related field
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility to work in teams to achieve changing project goals and meet timelines
Basic Qualifications
A newly graduated biomedical PhD-trained student or master’s degree with at least 2 years of mammalian biomedical research experience will be successful in this role. Would consider lower education with 4+ years of drug discovery experience.
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
A strong skillset of standard cell and molecular biology experimental design and techniques (e.g. cell culture, western blotting, immunofluorescence, qPCR, flow cytometry, etc). Experience with high-throughput assays (e.g. CTG, AlphaLISA, MSD) is a plus.
Mammalian cell culture work will be required, and relevant experience is highly desired.
Experience with modern techniques for assaying gene function (e.g. RNAi and CRISPR approaches).
Pay Rate between $37 - $42/Hr on W2 based on experience.
