• The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree (preferred) or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in chemistry, biology, or a related field.
• Chromatography experience (HPLC or similar techniques) is essential, as it comprises 80% of the job, along with familiarity in pH meters, chromatography instruments, and basic wet chemistry techniques.
• Preferred candidates will have GMP experience or have worked in a regulated lab environment such as an EPA, medical, or micro lab.
• Strong documentation skills, cross-functional teamwork, and strict adherence to safety standards are critical.
• Candidates must be local to the Greater Los Angeles area due to daily onsite requirements and potential on-call responsibilities.
• This Sr Associate position is a laboratory-based position, responsible for analysis of process development samples, multiple instrument operation, analytical method development, sample management, data analysis and reporting.
• Candidate will work in a cross-function laboratory with following GMP and safety compliance.

• 0+ Years w/ Relevant MS or equivalent 2+ Years w/ Relevant BS or equivalent 4+ Years w/ Relevant AS or equivalent 6+ Years w/ HS

Pay Rate  between $26 - $29/Hr on W2 based on experience.
