Training Coordinator

Description:
  • We are looking for Senior Training Coordinator to join our Learning Operations group at the Thousand Oaks site.
  • Hybrid/flexible work arrangement based on site needs - 8-5pm (About 1x a month regularly and up to 2 weeks in office per month if the business requires)

Ideal Candidate: 
  • B.S. with some professional working experience. Innovative mindset, eager to learn and grow with understanding the basics of training & development. 
  • Strong Excel and Smartsheet experience.
  • Responsible to conduct day-to-day activities related to training & development initiatives within a GMP environment supporting GMP operations. 

Candidate must possess the following expertise:
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional teams
  • Develop and maintain internal L&D SharePoint site with a focus on creating learning paths connected to Success Factors. Ensure the site is user-friendly, clean, and visually appealing. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide consultative advice.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisor to assist with developing Smartsheet solutions.
  • Utilize complex techniques and problem solving to create basic workarounds and cohesive build Smartsheet pieces.
  • Document Management System/CDOCS training document review process a must.
  • Utilize DocuSign to populate various training forms and collection of signatures
  • Familiarity with Cognos Bi and automated training report generation
  • Understanding of Office 365 suite and platform structure a must
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel competency with emphasis on VLOOKUP and other advanced formulas

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical/GMP Operations
  • UiPath Citizen Developer
  • Previous experience with SharePoint, Smartsheet, Cognos Bi
  • Previous QMTS/Trackwise experience
  • Previous training coordinator role

Basic Qualifications    
Associate degree and 2 years of experience OR 2 years in a technical school setting with hands-on experience OR High school diploma / GED and 4 years of experience

Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:    
  • Advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet
  • SharePoint Design
  • Excellent Communication Skills

Nice to have: Cognos, C Docs

Pay Rate  between $29 - $33/hr on W2 based on experience.
