Ideal Candidate:
  • B.S. degree and 5 years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience in Pharma R&D.
  • Familiar with developing, designing, and orchestrating learning for R&D.
  • Strong focus on role-specific training within R&D.
  • Experience in training within R&D.
  • Background in clinical research, regulatory affairs, and research and development training in the biotech industry.
  • Previous titles: Trainer, R&D Learning Specialist.
  • A strategic thinker who can deliver and execute on a vision/strategy.
  • Not looking for administrative or project coordinators.
  • Not looking for general training and learning developers (e.g., LIMS course creators).

Job Description:
  • As an individual contributor, this position will have minimal supervision and will partner with client groups to assess and create training materials.
  • The role involves curating content to support a project aimed at rapidly designing and delivering competency-based onboarding and upskilling support for staff in Regulatory Affairs and Safety organizations.
  • The candidate will work with designated training professionals and clients to establish, implement, and maintain learning plans.
  • The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.

Basic Qualifications        
  • Doctorate degree OR Master degree and 2 years of experience OR Bachelor degree and 4 years of experience OR Associate degree and 10 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience

Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:        
  • Instructional design or content development, project management, change management
  • Previous hands on R&D experience within the pharma space.

Pay Rate  between $56 - $64/Hr on W2 based on experience.
