MCS Senior Associate Quality Control

Hybrid - 1-2 days onsite - Core hours
This role will be both remote and on campus, depending on business need, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Ideal Candidate: Not a lab based role - Team is open to someone with no degree and 4+ years of industry experience or B.S. and some working experience (1 year is ideal).
Skillset: Regulated industry experience, detail oriented, LIMS experience, Veeva, Tableau, and customer service experience.
This position is a business support role in Sample Coordination in Quality Control. It will involve interacting with multiple functional areas including Raw Materials, Manufacturing, Stability, Contract labs and internal labs
The candidate should be team oriented as well and also have the ability to independently trouble-shoot as skill progress and take initiate on tasks under general supervision.
LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) will be the primary system used to perform the majority of the job functions.
This is NOT a lab position.

Basic Qualifications

High school/GED and 4 years work experience OR Associate’s and 2 years work experience OR Bachelor’s and 6 months work experience OR Master's

Must Have Skill Sets:

Experience with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
Knowledge of Raw Materials, Manufacturing and Stability Samples and Testing of Samples
Experience with Microsoft Office
Demonstrate independence and ability to produce quality work under minimal direction
Generate complete, accurate, and concise documentation using electronic systems
Detail oriented
High energy individual who can multi-task and handle a fast-pace, dynamic work environment
Complete training on assigned tasks
Comply with safety guidelines and site-specific procedures

Pay Rate between $30 - $35/Hr on W2 based on experience.
