Remote position possible **Candidate must work EST at minimum** Hours: M-F 8-5PM (PST)
Development Supply Chain (DSC) is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of products, process knowledge and technology solutions to enable accelerated product commercialization. DSC serves as a launch site to enable speed to market for innovative products and biosimilars.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present analytical reports of data supporting various supply chain areas
- Analyze, visualize, and drive insights from data using analytical and visualization tools.
- Develop conclusions and make recommendations on a variety of moderately complex issues.
- Gain an understanding of the current business process to support day-to-day operations and obtain an understanding of the 'to-be' business process and assist in the alignment of technology to facilitate these business processes.
- Proactively seek opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge of new business process analyses and looks to share newly acquired tools, skills and software with team members through formal and informal channels.
- Collaborate with business partners and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Smartsheet) to monitor key supply metrics including inventory, production, expiry tracking, and raw material visibility
- Document reporting logic, manage enhancement requests, and maintain clear technical documentation for dashboards and tools
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or Data Science OR bachelor’s degree in one of these fields with 3 years of relevant work experience
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
- SAP, Advanced Excel, Tableau & Tableau Prep
- Data Analytics, gathering requirements experience and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze and summarize data and present insights based on the needs of the audience
Pay Rate between $35 - $40/hr on W2 based on experience.
