Description

We are searching for a CW Principal Endpoint and Data Protection Architect who will be reporting into the Global Information Protection Organization and will be based in Tampa, FL, at new Capability Center. At our mission is simple: to serve patients.
As Principal Architect of Endpoint and Data Protection, you will be responsible for ensuring endpoint security solutions and data loss prevention, and the associated policies are on track to meet and respond to threats inside of the company's environment. You will ensure that all technologies are operationally ready and that the endpoint security, SOC teams are enabled to execute on capabilities as needed to resolve operational issues or business requirements.
Job Responsibilities
• Architect and spearhead technology decisions around endpoint protection (anti-malware, web browsing security), endpoint detection and response (EDR), data loss prevention (DLP, CASB)
• Manage and implement technologies and processes relating to assigned Information Security capability including issue identification and resolution, integration with other tools, documentation, gap assessment, gap resolution and continuous improvement of the capability
• Partner with the Enterprise Architecture team to refine and develop the IS City Plan, ensuring security requirements, priorities and business needs are considered
• Establish and maintain approved security patterns, methods and reusable elements to expedite solutions approval through SDLC
• Develop and maintain secure configuration specifications for infrastructure (IoT, mobile, cloud…) on premise and in the cloud
• Perform security design consulting in support of projects including participation to security architecture reviews as necessary
• Provide mentorship and training on areas of expertise to Information Security and teams
• Participate in audits covering information security services and technologies

Basic Qualifications:
Master’s degree and 4 year of Information Systems and/or Computer Science experience
OR
Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of Information Systems and/or Computer Science experience
OR
Associate’s degree and 10 years of Information Systems and/or Computer Science experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Information Systems and/or Computer Science experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong demonstrated knowledge and experience on endpoint security with technologies and solutions like Traditional Anti-Malware Technologies, Next Generation Anti-Malware, and Endpoint Detection and Response
• Knowledge of malware operation and indicators or threat, Windows operating systems (workstation and server), email security (spam and malware protection, phishing detection, data loss prevention)
• Expertise in administration of DLP tools which includes configuring policies, upgrading, and patching, etc.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in one or more Information Security capability like security monitoring, threat intelligence, network protection, data protection, endpoint protection, technical security assessments, security architecture
• Practical Knowledge of Information Security standards and policies like ISO 27001/27002, NIST, and others
• Demonstrated success in leading multi-functional initiatives without formal authority through the use of strong influencing and negotiating skills
• Hands-on experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in incident handling operations and procedures
• CISSP or equivalent security-related industry certifications
