Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
4+ years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
Strong project management, collaboration and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of how to use data to inform decisions.
This is not a true manager role but more of an hr business partner/consultant.
Someone with HR Project Management and or consulting is ideal.
Candidates can work remotely but will need to be able to work on site in Rhode Island once every few weeks. They should be semi local to the site.
