Process Development Associate

Onsite - 3 days a week onsite.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or other relevant sciences with a demonstrated record of excellence.
  • Prior experience with data analytical tools (Excel, Spotfire, JMP, Tableau, MATLAB, etc.) and proficiency in scripting languages, such as R or Python, are essential.
  • Ability to identify, develop and implement solutions to practical problems through application of fundamental scientific and engineering principles, preferably in a process development environment.
  • Basic understanding of protein chromatography, filtration, or cell culture principle.
  • Motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Team player with the ability to successfully work within a diverse team in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
  • Familiarity with design of experiments and statistical analysis of data desirable.

Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting languages and associated packages, including but not limited to R or Python.
  • Proficiency in advanced data querying languages, such as SQL, etc.
  • Expertise with standard statistical and data visualization tools, including but not limited to JMP, Spotfire, Tableau, and MATLAB.
  • Basic wet lab skills and experience (cell culture skill is a plus).

Basic Qualifications:
  • 0+ Years w/ Relevant BS OR equivalent 2+ Years w/ Relevant AS OR equivalent 4+ Years w/ HS Foundational knowledge of technical principles, theories, and concepts to performroutine work in a role.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain data analysis pipelines, including implementation and deployment of databases.
  • Design and execute experiments at the bench scale in the lab.
  • Contribute and communicate technology development, including process automation.

PAY RATE : $31/Hr on W2.
