  • Is there any opportunity for any type of remote work? This is a flex remote role- 90% remote with some opportunities to host important meetings in person for collaboration or for leadership updates. Minimal expectation to come onsite.
  • Although we are looking for candidates within a driving range of Thousand Oaks and on the PST time zone.

Job Details:
  • Manages one or more high-level, complex technical projects related to product lifecycle management and technology transfer for commercial manufacturing.
  • Responsibilities include defining project scope, goals and deliverables, tracking to plan, navigating project risks, facilitating decision making and anticipating team needs to remove obstacles. Regularly interacts with senior leadership to report on progress. Responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are executed by required timelines. 

Skills: 
Knowledge of end to end supply chain, drug development and manufacturing processes; expertise in running medium to large scale projects ; excellent understanding of project management processes and procedures ; strong analytical skills; change management; strong interpersonal skills including teamwork, leadership, and listening; ability to handle multiple responsibilities with minimal direction; strong MS Project, Smartsheet, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills ; understanding of systems for sharing and collaboration ; excellent communication skills to work with cross-program resources.

Basic Qualifications
Doctorate degree OR Master degree and 2 years of experience OR Bachelor degree and 4 years of experience OR Associate degree and 10 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience.

Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:   
  • Experience with project management tools and collaboration practices
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations
  • Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate cross functional teams.

Day to Day Responsibilities:  
Define and track project tasks to plan.
Collaborate cross functionally.
Track and report progress.

PAY RATE : $74/Hr on W2.
