Basic Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate degree and 2 years of experience OR 2 years in a technical school setting with hands-on experience OR High school diploma / GED and 4 years of experience

Day to Day Responsibilities:    
  • DI&B program management
  • Content organization to drive action and decision-making
  • Creating executive communications to report results
  • Thinking critically about program performance and identifying areas for improvement
  • Drive utilization of internal technologies (i.e. Microsoft Teams, WebEx meetings & webinars, Miro, and SharePoint)

Responsibilities Include:
  • Meeting management
  • Content Organization to drive action and decision-making
  • Leading program events
  • Coordinating activities between target sites
  • Creating executive communication to report results
  • Thinking critically about program performance and identifying areas for improvement
  • This team member would work cross-functionally between Process Development and Operations DI&B Lead to collaborate, align, and identify synergies between the teams to help foster a connected culture environment.

Key partnerships include: 
  • Ops DI&B PD FWT Lead and the PD SLT & XLT

Job Details:
  • Operations is seeking a motivated, energetic, team member to help drive and manage diversity initiatives in Process Development.
  • Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of Process Development's Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging programming. Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies to ensure PD DI&B program initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and are implementing lessons learned.
  • Responsible for coordinating activities across various site locations and managing action items, directing and monitoring work efforts daily, and performing quality reviews.

PAY RATE : $28/hr. on W2
