Note:
- This position will be fully remote. No preference on time zone. Engagement worker will be working standard business hours.
- Hiring Managers preference with the type of academic background: PharmD, PhD work best for this type of a position
- Non Negotiables for potential candidates:
- Not looking for new grads without work experience. Engagement manager is looking for candidates with at least a few years of work experience.
- Need a candidate with really good attention to detail and can communicate science concisely. As well as have the ability to verify scient accuracy.
- 95% of the communication the EW will be doing will be written, therefore the ideal candidate will need to have excellent written communication skills. EW will need to have the ability to make sure all the content they work on is accurate.
- Someone who is good at prioritizing their work and workload independently.
- Need a candidate who is ready to hit the ground running.
Job Details:
- The successful candidate will be a qualified and motivated individual who will develop scientific resources supporting thoracic oncology portfolio.
- This position reports to the Director of Scientific Communications.
- Primary responsibilities include the development of slide decks, FAQs, medical information letters, congress deliverables, and pathway submissions.
- Other responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy of scientific content.
- This position offers an opportunity to work in a matrix environment with global and US cross-functional partners, that are passionate about supporting scientific programs.
Requirements:
- PharmD, PhD, MD, or DO with one or more years of experience in clinical research, patient care, Medical/Scientific Affairs, and/or basic research.
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team structure. Strong communication and presentation skills. Highly motivated, self-driven and dependable.
Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate degree OR Master degree and 3 years of experience OR Bachelor degree and 5 years of experience OR Associate degree and 10 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience.
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
- Strong writing skillset, detail oriented, and works well in a team environment
