Day to Day Responsibilities:   
  • Decision-maker for print hardware and infrastructure based on end user’s requirements
  • Responsible for print service availability and continuity (ensuring service needs are being met from a technical standpoint and that service can be restored in the event of a crisis) ?Coordinate activities of print vendor’s technical resources (print admins, Deskside techs)
  • Coordinate implementation of managed print service at new sites/buildings
  • Primary stakeholder for ITIL processes: Incident, problem, release, change, configuration & service level management
  • Will work off-hours depending on the occurrence of escalations
Summary:
  • Serve as the Global Print Service Owner and should have the following: 
  • Experience in managing global operations for a managed print service 
  • Background in print device & service management 
  • Experience in operations and project management methodologies with experience in end user service management and continuous process improvement 
  • Experience in ITIL -Based Service Management. Primary stakeholder for ITIL processes: Incident, problem, release, change, configuration & service level management 
  • Experience in Vendor and contract management 
  • Responsible for managing projects - planning, financials, end user communications etc. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe applications 
  • Has strong communication, presentation and inter-personal skills 
  • Should have 5-8+ years’ experience with Engineering/IT educational background
