Day to Day Responsibilities:
Manage assigned training development projects and other required learning and performance support.
In support of various Learning Professionals, this role would be responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of Learning and Development project oriented work efforts. Responsible for assembling of project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts, identifying resource needs, performing quality review of training materials; and escalating issues appropriately. Experience working with instructional design and adult learning methodologies to ensure the quality of training materials meets design and develop standards. In partnership with Learning Professionals, responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers. May be asked to perform other tasks. Must possess knowledge and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Previous experience working with Learning & Development and/or Amgen Experience is a preferred.
