The Risk Management Senior Associate will serve as a member of the Operations Strategy and Business Resilience team, with a focus on Business Continuity and Risk Management.
This position will play a leading role in managing execution of core processes such as business impact analyses, continuity planning and exercises, and risk management initiatives.
Key Activities:
The Senior Associate will play an integral role in the design, development, and on-going maintenance of business continuity exercises.
Assist in the development, implementation and analysis of business continuity plans at a local and global level.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including business process owners and business continuity/resilience teams.
Assist with risk identification, tracking and planning for mitigation of risks.
Develop and document business processes in the form of process flows, SOPs/business practice documents, and templates.
Track, monitor, and update team goals, performance metrics, training data, and reporting tools, including performance boards and dashboards.
Administrative duties related to the Operations Business Resilience program.
Schedule and support training sessions.
Route business continuity plans for approval.
Administration (if necessary) of document repository software.
Support the development of and approve risk assessment summary reports.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business, Operations or Industrial Engineering.
Experience in Biotech or pharmaceutical operations, manufacturing, process development, or in business continuity, disaster recovery, continuity of operations or contingency planning and direct experience in project management key support roles.
Master degree OR Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience OR Associate degree and 6 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience
