Risk Management Senior Associate

Purpose: 
  • The Risk Management Senior Associate will serve as a member of the Operations Strategy and Business Resilience team, with a focus on Business Continuity and Risk Management. 
  • This position will play a leading role in managing execution of core processes such as business impact analyses, continuity planning and exercises, and risk management initiatives. 

Key Activities: 
  • The Senior Associate will play an integral role in the design, development, and on-going maintenance of business continuity exercises. 
  • Assist in the development, implementation and analysis of business continuity plans at a local and global level. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business process owners and business continuity/resilience teams. 
  • Assist with risk identification, tracking and planning for mitigation of risks. 
  • Develop and document business processes in the form of process flows, SOPs/business practice documents, and templates. 
  • Track, monitor, and update team goals, performance metrics, training data, and reporting tools, including performance boards and dashboards. 
  • Administrative duties related to the Operations Business Resilience program. 
  • Schedule and support training sessions. 
  • Route business continuity plans for approval. 
  • Administration (if necessary) of document repository software. 
  • Support the development of and approve risk assessment summary reports.

  • Familiarity with Risk Assessment tools and methods. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and without direct supervision; as well as ability to work in teams. 
  • Ability to develop practical solutions to complex challenges. 
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and diverse projects. 
  • Ability to adapt and respond to a variety of activities/situations simultaneously. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, and strong attention to detail. 
  • Experience with SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint. 

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business, Operations or Industrial Engineering. 
  • Experience in Biotech or pharmaceutical operations, manufacturing, process development, or in business continuity, disaster recovery, continuity of operations or contingency planning and direct experience in project management key support roles.
  • Master degree OR Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience OR Associate degree and 6 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience

Pay Rate  between  $32 - $37/hr on W2 based on experience.
