Key Responsibilities:
1. Day-to-Day Operations:
- Partner with end user groups to assess and meet training needs with minimal supervision
- Work with designated training professionals and end users to establish, implement, and maintain training assignments
- Support the gathering and evaluation of metrics to ensure the effectiveness of training materials and performance solutions
- Communicate site and end user needs to local training management
- Facilitate the transition of new hires/transfer-ins from the training environment to the work environment
- Manage assigned projects to meet milestones, review cycles, and deadlines
2. LMS Execution:
- Administer the appropriate curriculum within the Learning Management System (LMS), including updates and assignments
- Ensure training materials are integrated with the LMS and assigned per defined business processes
- Support large-scale LMS initiatives as needed and advised by management
3. Training Impact Assessment:
- Conduct training impact assessments for training activities and assignments tracked in the LMS
- Collect and evaluate metrics to ensure the effectiveness of training strategies and performance solutions
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Proven track record in administrating an LMS and related processes within a highly regulated environment
- Robust understanding of LMS best practices to meet learners’ needs and fulfill compliance objectives
Basic Qualifications
Master degree OR Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience OR Associate degree and 6 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
- Conduct training impact assessments for training activities and assignments tracked in the LMS
- Learning Management System administrator and related processes within a highly regulated environment
- Understanding of LMS best practices to meet learners’ needs and fulfill compliance objectives
Pay Rate between $39 - $45/hr on W2 based on experience.
