Clinical Supply Chain Manager

  • Planning experience

  • Ability to follow written directions and understand criticality of work
  • SAP/ Rapid response experience and previous supply planning highly preferred
Day to Day Responsibilities:    
  • Manage and coordinate supply chain activities in accordance with GMP standards, on time, and within budget.
  • Apply standard Supply Chain and MRP planning principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
  • Directs and/or executes supply chain operations for supply planning/scheduling, master data management, and inventory management in compliance with all cGMP guidelines and Amgen procedures.
  • Develops production scenarios and capacity models to support operations and forward-looking central initiatives.
  • Performs work with attention to detail for "right first time" accuracy.
  • Must understand MRP planning (preferably Rapid Response and SAP)
  • Represents the Thousand Oaks site on global networks as a subject matter expert for the site or function.
  • Contribute to projects such as business continuity, cost savings, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Presents recommendations to Senior Management and drives decisions.
  • Lead a portfolio of programs simultaneously while consistently delivering high-quality results.
  • Demonstrates network and relationships to identify business requirements and potential opportunities.
  • Partner with business and technical experts to define processes, procedures, and standard methodologies for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of data analytics, visualization, and reporting.
  • Communicate and collaborate with diverse key collaborators to identify business requirements and provide guidance on the best approaches to translating into efficient tools.
Red Flags:    
  • No SAP experience
  • No Supply Chain experience
  • Inability to effectively communicate and/or no problem solving skills
PAY RATE : $41-$46/hr on W2
