Day to Day Responsibilities:            

Maintain department distribution, contact and personnel lists
Participate as an active team member, working both independently and in cooperation with other team members, to complete projects and assignments in a timely manner
Assist with planning of meetings and other staff events including scheduling, logistics (catering, tele/videoconferencing, agenda management, meeting minutes), execution for staff events; assist in creating experiences that enhance staff engagement
Coordinate and schedule plant tours for VIP and Amgen staff including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Assist with onboarding/offboarding activities for staff including but not limited to Move Central requests and is the B23 Occupancy Planning and Locker management liaison
Order and stock office supplies and submit work orders as applicable
Communicate key business and critical information to the DSS staff as directed
Manage the administrative aspects of relationships with outside experts and vendors
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
