PM role will be responsible for process mapping and optimizing worker's compensation program and ensure operational improvements are identified, assigned and tracked. Success will be determined by monitoring KPIs and program metrics enabled by process improvements.
PM role will support IS for Occupational Health Management System upgrade. Success will be measured by on-time implementation and high adoption of system by end users inside and outside of Occupational Health.
PM role will support COVID response programs including operational improvement and sustainment of digital solutions including daily wellness checks, contact tracing, and compliance dashboards.
