Principal IS Bus Sys Analyst -AFP

Day to Day Responsibilities:   
  • Support and drive the Order to Cash (OTC) business process as a leader in the Region.
  • Responsible for OTC metrics and reporting around OTC roadmap for Region.
  • Works closely with Regional launch planning team to ensure readiness and stability.
  • Regional Business Process Owner for Order To Cash: processes and SAP system improvements.
  • Responsible for execution of improvement plans and follow up
  • Team member in development of global processes to ensure consistency across Regions through partnership with BCOE OTC Team.
  • Responsible for execution of improvement plans and follow up.

Summary:
  • Excellent writing skills and strong logistics/communication/documentation.
  • On site, may be open to some remote hours once fully on boarded.
  • The individual should have a strong understanding of the components that make up the Order to Cash process:

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor degree preferably in Logistics or logistic knowledge by experience.
  • 5 years experience in preferably the pharmaceutical industry, a customer service
  • organization and/or transportation/warehousing
  • Quick process understanding, insight and visualizing
  • Fluent in English, in verbal and written communication
  • Experience in leading projects and international environment
  • Highly experienced in MS Excel
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to distill insights
  • Independent
  • Proven ability to deliver results
  • Motivated, persistent, eager to optimize, drive for excellence
  • Negotiating skills
  • Problem solver


Preferred Requirements
  • Basic GMP knowledge
  • Overview of logistics processes from manufacturing till end-user
  • Knowledge of Operational Excellence tools, six sigma, FMEA.
  • Process understanding, analyses and ability to visualize them
  • Experience SAP and BW
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written)
  • Project management skills
  • Oversee processes beyond own department
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to work in teams
  • Demonstrating the company values and convey them to our partners
