Summary of the Role
Join a large biotech pharmaceutical leader as an onsite Associate Supply Chain team member supporting material processing activities to facilitate the production of biopharmaceutical products. This role operates fully onsite in Thousand Oaks, CA, starting with a swing shift (10 am – 7 pm), with scheduled rotations to the day shift every six months. You’ll play a key part in warehouse dispensing, material handling, and cross-functional collaboration while adhering to rigorous compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practices
- Handle, pick, and dispense raw materials within a GMP warehouse environment
- Gown to grade 8-9 and maintain classified dispensary protocols
- Perform and document all material handling, dispensing, staging, and associated cleanings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for dispensing, distribution, and inventory management activities
- Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives and safety programs
- Participate in team meetings and work center activities
- Prepare for and support regulatory inspections; present information to auditors as needed
- Maintain Kanban system for consumables
- Complete system transactions accurately and promptly using SAP, MES, Smartsheet, Tableau, and UiPath
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years work or military experience with high school diploma/GED, or associate degree with 6 months work or military experience
- Experience in a warehouse or dispensing environment, preferably in GMP or pharma manufacturing
- Demonstrated ability to gown and work in a classified area
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven team collaboration and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with warehouse systems such as SAP, MES, or similar
Preferred Qualifications
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
- Experience operating Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV)
- Ability to adapt to rotating work schedules

- Operate PIVs and pick GMP warehouse materials
- GMP gowning and material weighing in classified areas
- Kit GMP material for manufacturing delivery
