Compensation: $35/$40 per hour (based on experience)
Summary of the Role
This onsite role supports clinical distribution operations by managing inbound and outbound schedules, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance in a warehouse setting. You will use SAP, Excel, and Smartsheet to track material movements and scheduling adherence while collaborating with planning, warehouse, quality, and logistics teams. The position blends administrative scheduling responsibilities with hands-on operational work, including shipping documentation and material handling. Your efforts will directly impact the timely and compliant delivery of clinical products to patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily and weekly inbound and outbound shipment schedules using SAP and related systems
- Coordinate with internal planners, warehouse operations, quality, and external logistics partners to confirm shipment readiness and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Prepare shipping documentation, book couriers, and ensure fulfillment of GDP/GMP requirements for each shipment
- Track and update shipment status, calendars, and dashboards in SAP, Excel, and Smartsheet
- Perform hands-on material handling, including loading/unloading, pallet movement, and operation of Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs)
- Work occasionally in cold storage environments and ensure accurate transaction entries across scheduling and documentation
- Maintain continuous compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support audit readiness
- Contribute to process improvement, identify scheduling inefficiencies, and recommend enhancements to workflows and tools
- Provide on-site support during early shift hours (6:30 AM – 3:30 PM), with flexibility for overtime as needed
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven supply chain scheduling experience in a regulated GMP/GDP environment
- Strong proficiency in SAP, especially in scheduling and distribution modules (S/4 HANA exposure a plus)
- Hands-on logistics coordination for ground and air shipments
- Experience with material handling and ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Proficiency with Excel and Smartsheet for tracking and reporting
- Effective communicator able to work cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a supply chain or related field

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain daily operational scheduling and logistics using SAP
- Coordinate shipment readiness and timelines with internal and external partners
- Prepare documentation, book couriers, and verify compliance requirements
- Track shipment statuses and maintain dashboards
- Perform physical material handling, operation of PIVs, and support in cold storage as needed
- Ensure audit readiness and SOP compliance in all operational tasks
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED and 2 years work experience
- Associate’s degree and 6 months work experience
- Bachelor’s degree
