Onsite in Tampa, FL - Flexible Hybrid (around 1-2days week)
Ideal Candidate: strong admin skills, benefits knowledge would be a plus.
6 month contract with the possibility to extend.
Job Description:
- Perform eligibility and compliance audits, as appropriate
- Conduct an inventory of all desk procedures; documenting current practices, creating new procedures where needed or making necessary updates to procedures already documented
- Audit and organize team shared folders, calendars etc.
- Ensure existing vendor processes are in place and work properly, including payments, reconciliation, and compliance
- Monitor group e-mail boxes including review and responding to HR and staff escalations
- Manage incoming mail - redirecting misdirected mail to appropriate teams, as well as processing and responding to Stock Plan and Benefits mail
- Coordinate and process payment of vendor invoices
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Benefits experience
- Associate’s degree and 4 years of Benefits experience
- High school diploma / GED and 6 years of Benefits experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge in the administration and compliance of employee Benefits
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at one time under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong administrative skills including experience managing invoices, as well as proficiency in Word, Excel and other Microsoft programs

Pay Rate between $20- $22/Hr on W2 based on experience.
