The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of various product development projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Smartsheet and project management software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
experience creating project plans in Smartsheets, MS Project, or similar application understanding on project plans and
Assist in the development and implementation of project plans.
Coordinate project activities, resources, and information.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
Prepare weekly project documentation and status reports.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Organize and attend project meetings, and distribute minutes to all project team members.
Track and manage project changes and ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards.
Pay Rate- between $46 - $52/Hr. on W2 based on experience.
