  • Process Development (PD) organization is seeking an enthusiastic team-oriented Senior Associate to join the ATO Rapid Analytics (RA) group within Attribute Science (AS). The ATO RA organization focuses on providing high throughput analytical testing services to support pipeline delivery across a wide range of therapeutic biologics in both Pre-Pivotal and Pivotal phases. In the highly matrixed fast-paced team environment, under limited supervision, the primary responsibility of this Associate role is to perform product quality analysis and provide analytical data by adhering to projects timelines to enable process decisions. The candidate will be an integral member of a dynamic team, collaborating with research scientists at multiple sites, and working closely with groups in other functional areas.

Basic Qualifications    
  • 0+ Years w/ Relevant BS OR equivalent 2+ Years w/ Relevant AS OR equivalent 4+ Years w/ HS Foundational knowledge of technical principles, theories, and concepts to perfformroutine work in a role.

  • Good Communication (must be a strong communicator please ensure this in your screening!)
  • Must be comfortable working peak workload support, work itself is fairly routine and will be trained but needs to be picked up quickly.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Execute analytical testing within expected turnaround time per established procedure for following assays: Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC), Titer, Cation Exchange Chromatography (CEX), Reduced Capillary Electrophoresis (rCE-SDS), Non-Reduced Capillary Electrophoresis (nrCE-SDS), cIEF (Capillary Ion Electrophoresis Focusing), ATOLL, etc.
  • Adhere to ATO RA turnaround time for high throughput samples and all required metrics, and ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Document, review results, and maintain electronic laboratory notebooks
  • Work with development team to implement methods in ATO RA, analyze and interpret data
  • Provide technical input and generate written reports as needed
  • Author, review, and data verify technical documents
  • Communicate project updates as appropriate
  • Solve technical problems with both instrument and assay issues as part of troubleshooting
  • Participate and present scientific data in meetings
  • Maintain instruments and follow lab’s general equipment cleaning protocols

Pay Rate  between $28 - $31/Hr on W2 based on experience.
