Description:
Note:

ONSITE Thousand oaks Please submit candidates within commutable distance.

  • The ideal candidate for this role should have a background in academic research or biopharma, with a strong preference for those with experience in early-stage drug discovery. A PhD is acceptable, though there is some concern about overqualification, so a master's degree with 1-2 years of experience or a bachelor's with 3-4 years would also be a good fit. The role involves extensive hands-on lab work, including tissue culture and aseptic techniques, so candidates with practical lab experience are highly valued. Key attributes include strong communication skills, teamwork, proactivity in seeking help, and the ability to present scientific work.
