The Business Process Owner (BPO) is accountable for creating, sustaining, monitoring and advancing global supply chain business processes. This individual will collaborate with the Global Business Process Managers and global, site, regional stakeholders and DTI to mature business processes, share best practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
This individual will be responsible for achieving the following objectives:
Supporting the PFF (Physical Financial Flows) product teams, TM and distribution functions
Collaborate with global network to increase integration, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement
Support multiple Business Process Managers across key supply chain pillars (Plan, Source, Deliver, Enable) to integrate new transformational capabilities into existing process portfolio and improve existing processes
Create and deliver training content to a global audience (work instructions/guides)
Support system ownership, enhancements and administration (Identify test scenarios and ALM execution)
Identify, quantify, and lead change management efforts with cross-functional impact across the network
Advise network on issue resolution and best practices
Travel may be required, but limited to Tampa and Thousand Oaks locations; workshop dependent
Basic Qualifications
Master degree OR Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience OR Associate degree and 6 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
Strong Communication Skills
Ability to connect the dots between business and digital teams
Strong SAP knowledge base (TM, Tolling, GTS)
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Support current Business Processes for Tolling, TM, GTS run activities
Help test and implement ERP Modernization roadmap.
Pay Rate between $67 - $77/Hr on W2 based on experience.
