Note:
- The Business Process Owner/Project Manager (BPO) is accountable for creating, sustaining, monitoring and advancing global supply chain business processes. This individual will collaborate with the Global Business Process Managers and global, site and regional stakeholders to mature business processes, share best practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
This individual will be responsible for achieving the following objectives:
- Advance and sustain Jurisdictional Control global business processes
- Collaborate with global network to increase integration, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement
- Support multiple Business Process Managers across key supply chain pillars (Plan, Source, Deliver, Enable) to integrate new transformational capabilities into existing process portfolio and improve existing processes
- Create and deliver training content to a global audience
- Support system ownership, enhancements, S4 upgrade and administration (system access and SOX compliance)
- Identify, quantify, and lead change management efforts with cross-functional impact across the network
- Advise network on issue resolution and best practices
Basic Qualifications
- Master degree OR Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience OR Associate degree and 6 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
- Strong Communication Skills
- SAP Knowledge
- Pharmaceutical Jurisdictional Control Background
- Global supply chain background in pharma industry is ideal
