Contract Management Mgr

Ideal Candidate should have 5+ YOE and project management experience as well as experience drafting contracts and legal letters.
Nice to have: previous pharma experience, previous paralegal or similar experience

Contract writer for staff augmentation purposes and assist with the onerous dispute process. This will require researching information cross-functionally and to help pull through decisions.

Day to day responsibilities
  • Spearhead contract writing for complex payer dispute notices
  • Function as liaison to develop dispute communications to identify and elevate dialogue for discus
  • Partner with CPE team as primary source/SME for details on dispute content
  • Collaborate with Law team to finalize document reviews and approvals
  • Utilize Conga CLM system to manage process accordingly
  • Work with team to refine / enhance /streamline dispute process in concert with CPE efforts planned for Q3
  • Support other contract writing needs during heavy workload periods as time permits across all segments and books of business.
  • Additional responsibilities to be determined as dynamic business needs evolve

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years contract writing experience
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Able to navigate ambiguous or uncertain situations and devise a path forward
  • Basic project management skills
  • Able to work independently – and ask questions and elevate dialogue where needed
  • Able to work in a dynamically changing business environment
  • Ability to simplify a complex business strategy and integrate it into a contract
  • Strong oral/written communication skills and interpersonal skills at all organizational level

OR Associate’s degree and 8 years of [Job Code’s Discipline and/or Sub-Discipline] experience OR High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience

Pay Rate $62 to $71 on W2 based on experience.
