Project Management Coordinator

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Training Program:
  • - Manage learners’ training adherence and ensure tasks are completed within the set timeframe
  • - Analyze data and organize metrics that will be presented to SLT
  • - Ownership of progressive initiatives to improve training metrics
  • - Run frequent reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • - Manage training requests, including initiation and follow-ups
  • - Coordinate with program lead and multiple training leads
  • - Prepare slides for governance and performance meetings
  • - Manage team collaboration workspaces (Teams Channels, SharePoint)
  • - Perform other administrative duties as required
PLP Program:
  • - Oversee and enter data of capital project plan reviews into SharePoint data
  • - Ensure tasks are completed within the set timeframe
  • - Support PLP monthly meetings, including recording meeting minutes and action items, and following up
  • - Prepare quarterly metrics
  • - Keep SharePoint site updated
  • - Perform other administrative duties as required
