Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Manage project activities for assigned resources to design and implement new processes aligned with system capabilities as necessary to deliver the overall roadmap/plan
  • Facilitate business process analysis and documentation as required to develop actionable deployment plans
  • Maintain and build relationships with team leads and subject matter experts
  • Identification and management of risks
  • Manage resolution of issues and enhancements
  • Evaluate and Track Activities for Release Readiness
  • Compile Weekly Dashboards, Key Metrics, and Issues
  • Assist with Support Material for Governance Reviews
  • Update project plan and scope documentation as required to manage team alignment and expectations
  • The role will be part of the Process Development team responsible for delivering team efforts in support of Process Development transformation.
Drive planning, coordination and status reporting for group activities for Development Supply Chain, within larger Process Development IT transformation project. Follow effective project management processes to ensure project activities are delivered on time, adhere to high quality standards, and meet customer expectations. Responsible for creating project plans, monitoring work efforts on a weekly basis, identifying resource constraints; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
Track key milestones and adjust project plans and/or resource assignments. Provide and support team communications with focus on scope, risk and resources of the work effort. Assist functional area project champion and leads execute sprints, workshops and other deployment related activities. This role will require working closely with subject matter experts to document business processes, use cases, and workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP Certification or equivalent
  • Experience in Agile Software Development Methods (e.g. Scrum)
  • Sharp learning ability, problem solving and analytical thinking, strong communication skills
  • Experience with GMP systems and 21 CFR part 11 Compliance
  • Familiarity with material and inventory management
  • Familiarity with Life Science business processes
  • Experience with distributed teams including external and offshore resources.
