Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Manage, coordinate and track oncology pipeline activities for Global Health Economics, Global Pricing and Market Access, Value-Based Partnership, Policy and Patients advocacy groups aligned to PEGASUS and EXPRESS project. Manage interactions within GVA&P and Global Marketing, and finance, obtaining and retaining supporting and related documentation, ensuring appropriate execution and documentation of follow-up activities
  • Lead meeting coordination, track key deliverables and minutes for SF5 GVA&P working groups and provide support to EXPRESS (Early-X-functional Planning for Reimbursement success)
  • Manage and track SF5 GVA&P OSE and recruitment for monthly report to PG and functional reviews
  • Assist with the planning, execution and follow-up for Commercial meetings, including: Functional reviews, regional updates and New Product Development Leads Summits
  • Assist with ad hoc projects across GVA&P and Global Marketing including updates to Senior Management, new staff onboarding and SF5 team activities
Job Summary:
  • The Associate Project Management is primarily responsible forAssisting with the timely, transparent and accurate management of the GVA&P and Global Marketing functions ’budget
  • The overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of SF5 cross-functional projects related to early pipeline.
Purpose:
  • To provide support to the GVA&P oncology TA Head and Global Marketing oncology early pipeline Head in the development, tracking and execution of globally integrated evidence generations plans, with a particular focus on integration the Global Development Teams (GDT) and Global Payer Teams (GPTs) and related sub-teams.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Associate’s degree & 4 years of project management experience
  • High school diploma / GED & 6 years of project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in life sciences, accounting, finance or related field and experience in biotech or pharma industry, managed care or healthcare consulting
  • Strong work experience in Project Management – leading and managing projects from concept to completion in a matrix and, at times, ambiguous environment – and experience with Project Management tools, methodologies, and practices.
  • 1+ years of experience in working with cross-functional teams within a global company
  • Must be able to juggle multiple tasks, establish priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and cope with change at a moment’s notice
  • Quick learner, proactive, takes initiative
  • Strong attention to detail
