Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Actively engage with business users to analyze business and data needs, gather and document the requirements for MDM Applications and integrations
  • Support in the design, development, testing, implementation, and support of key projects and data visualization, dashboards & reporting.
  •  Partner with IS and business clients to develop and coordinate service level agreements, provide service KPIs and ensure ongoing application stability with Service Owner.
  •  Focus on commercial data governance around master data, reference data management and key performance indicators to ensure the accuracy, validity, integrated and reusability of data
  •  Prepare and maintain communication materials like roadmaps, presentations, demos, playbooks based on the feedback from Service Owner
  •  Work with cross-functional teams across GCOIS to support Product Launches and Master Data Operations
  •  Collaborate with MDM Support team, Informatica Admins, J2EE Admins, DBAs, Vendor and Service Owner on daily operations and communications Provide guidance to Support teams on developing approaches for addressing operations needs
  •  Work with Stewards and IS support teams in handling any application, integration and data issues and provide root cause analysis
  •  Support Service Owner in overseeing vendors and contractors providing guidance as necessary to ensure the delivery of deliverables
  •  Ability to work in a changing environment, under pressure, handling multiple assignments simultaneously
Summary:

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Agile Software Development Methods (e.g. Scrum)
  • Strong project management and business analyst skills and experience
  • Experience with Master Data Management and Data Governance and Quality
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools
  • Excellent oral / written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced problem solving capabilities and ability to use constraints as opportunities
  • Results oriented, strong adherence to meeting delivery timelines especially in complex agile project execution environments consisting of several sub-teams with multiple dependencies.
