Summary:
Our goal with a global communications strategy is to enable Advocacy Relations staff and stakeholders across regions and affiliates to celebrate successes, share best practices, and drive transparency & collaboration opportunities. In addition, by highlighting achievements Amgen-wide, we can drive awareness of what Advocacy is and the role Advocacy Relations plays at Amgen. In general, we need support to provide guidance on cadence, look & feel (branding), consistency in messaging, up or down-level communications (all staff, stakeholders, leadership, product teams, GPGMs, etc), develop content, and pull through Amgen processes to deliver effectively and efficiently. Although primarily focused on internal communications this year, we have had several discussions on how to support the external landscape around Advocacy Relations and could benefit from someone also skilled within market research, web-sites, etc.
