Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • The Project Manager will support the CX group in various aspects of activities for multiple team members such as:
  • Manage respective timelines
  • Manage all meeting details from planning to post meeting summaries
  • Coordinate program information and deliverables with key stakeholders
  • Develop presentations for executive and regional/country leadership meetings
  • Assist with support/contract management of external vendors including developing RFPs, reviewing SOWs, and invoice management
  • Prepare metrics/dashboards
  • Document procedures and develop process standards
  • Coordinate and provide logistical support/contract management for meetings and events

Summary:
Manages multiple high-level, complex projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements. Projects may be strategic in nature.

In this role, the sr. pm will manage multiple, complex cross functional projects and will need to have executive level presentation and writing abilities. (Amgen, healthcare, or design experience a plus.)

Responsibilities of the CX Sr. Project Manager include manage cross-functional and cross-regional programs, manage external vendors, assist with budget planning and tracking, and detailed meeting management including calendar management, material preparation, and composing meeting minutes. The role will facilitate work with cross-functional teams to develop program strategy, metrics, and reports to inform project plans and track execution on defined CX objectives and goals.

The role will support an insight-based and human-centered approach to problem and solution identification. Once opportunities have been prioritized, the role works alongside CX team members to monitor and assist with the identification of root cause issues and viable options for integrated concept solutions. The role involves communication with a range of stakeholders including global marketing, market research, country/regional business, regulatory, legal, and more.

Additional responsibilities may include:
  • Resource allocation and contract management.
  • Regularly interacts with management.
  • Coordinates and directs the activities of project team members.
  • May be responsible for cross-functional teams.
  • Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented.
  • May obtain and manage external resources required for project completion.

Skills:
  • Expertise in running medium to large scale projects
  • Excellent understanding of project management processes and procedures
  • Experience with project management and analyst methodologies and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Business process development best practices, change management
  • Strong MS Project, MS Word, Visio, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills
  • Understanding of systems for sharing and collaboration
  • Excellent communication skills to work with cross-program resources
